Turkish MoH Drug Tracking System Development: Drug Tracking System(Turkish Abbreviation ITS) is being developed, managed and maintained by TechN'Arts. ITS is intended to track and trace drugs individually and control every movement in their supply chain. By doing this trade of drugs that threatens human health is strictly forbidden. My role in project is to develop and maintain web services and supply chain processes to accomplish tracking and tracing operations.

BasisMon Development: BasisMon is a SAP Basis monitoring tool. Basistek supplies this tool to its customers as software as a service. The tool is being rented and continuously supported. Also the product is completely independent with SAP servers, which provides no customization on these servers and version differences does not affect the work of BasisMon. BasisMon is being developed with the feedback of customers and the know-how obtained from them.

Migros Automated Electrometer Analyzer Project: Migros is a countrywide shopping store chain, which has about 1800 stores all around the Turkey. Since the electricity consumption is very high, monitoring and reporting this information became very important. The need of customer is satisfied with a custom software which holds inventory of monitored stores (about 200 stores and 2100 analyzers) and collects electricity information periodically and automatically.

Turk Telekom Tomcat Clustering and Load Balancing: Basistek is giving HP Service Manager Consultancy to Turk Telekom. Web interface of the product is given through an Apache Tomcat web server. To make the web interface highly available clustering and load balancing is done at Turk Telekom's HP-UX servers.

To call web services of SM an executable prepared in order to cover the need and support given for the changes in both sides.

Our duty during the project was designing the infrastructure of the project, using HP Service Manager implementing the emergency call record management and team management and designing of integration between other parties.

SMS Terminal Development: A customer demanded an SMS management box, which gives the ability of sending SMS through a Web Service and from a web interface. A small case PC with Linux OS and a GPRS modem is used to prepare this box and SMS software is set to work as a daemon.

As Idea Teknoloji we have supplied a web based inventory software which enable them to enter information to central database and query, edit and delete existing inventory data.

Avea uCMDB Implementations: uCMDB is HP's Configuration management software which automatically collects accurate and up-to-date information on the relationship between infrastructure, applications and business services & Avea is Turkey's one of the biggest telecommunications companies which needs to maintain its networks' information to supply highly available services. While uCMDB implementations were going on I have helped to customize discovery scripts of uCMDB, which are written in Python Language.

Telco CC&B Service Assurance: We represented HP as a vendor to our client NSN (Nokia Siemens Networks). NSN is managing the project for its client Turk Telekom that is the national telecommunication company of Turkey and providing telecommunication services (more than 20 services) for 25 million customers. CC&B project of Turk Telekom, consists of rebuilding whole customer care and billing infrastructure. Our part in this project was the design and the development of the Customer Defect Tracking and Service Management backend and call center user interface.
